超声心动图在动脉导管未闭及房间隔缺损封堵术中的应用价值

目的：探讨超声心动图在动脉导管未闭（PDA）及房间隔缺损（ASD）封堵术中的应用价值。方法：应用超声动图对准备行PDA、ASD封堵术患者进行术前筛选，术中监测，引导封堵伞释放。术后随访，评价疗效。结果：7例PDA患者，5例ASD患者封堵伞放置成功，术后即刻超声检查PDA、ASD封堵伞位置稳定，7例PDA患者均无残余分流，5例ASD患者，2例可见少量残余分流，术后3个月复查，残余流分完全消失，无并发症发生。结论：超声心动图在病例选择。术中引导。术后疗效评价。提高手术成功率，减少并发症等方面具有重要应用价值。

The Practical Value of Echocardiography on Transcatheter Closure of PDA and ASD

Objective: To explore the practical value of echocardiography on transcatheter closure of PDA and ASD. Methods: Use echocardiography to select suitable patients before operations, monitor and guide the umbrella devices during the operations and follow up the patients after operations, should all be carefully executed. Results: Seven cases of PDA and five cases of ASD were treated successfully with transcatheter closure. Echocardiography performed at once after the closure and showed that the umbrella devices were stable and seven PDA patients showed no shunt, two of five ASD revealed a small shunt and the shunt disapeared after three months. No complications occured. Conclusions: Echocardiography is very important in selecting the cases for operation, guiding the device amplatzer during operation and evaluating the efficiency after operation. It plays an important role in increasing the successful rate and decreasing the complications.
