监督思想是马克思主义建党学说和政权学说的一个重要内容高校的反腐倡廉工作，需加强党内监督．通过建立对权力有效监督的制度和机制，合理配置党内权力，搞好党内民主建设，在实践中不断深化对反腐倡廉规律的认识，逐步建立完备、有效的党内监督网络，构建惩治和预防腐败的体系

The idea of supervision is an important component of the theory to found the Party and the theory of state political power by Marxism. The work to fight corruption and build a clean management in institutions of higher learning needs to intensify inner-Party supervision,to deploy reasonably the inner-Party power through setting up effective supervisory system and mechanism over power,and to build up a system to punish and prevent corruption by intensifying the inner-Party democracy construction,by deepening the understanding of the regular pattern to fight corruption and build a clean government,and by gradually establishing a self-contained,effective inner-Party supervisory network and system.
