某院护理人员工作满意度调查分析及建议

摘    要:
目的通过对护理人员自身满意度的调查分析,提出改进建议,以提高护理人员工作满意度,减少护理人员缺编及流失现象。方法采用问卷调查法对某院611名护理人员进行工作满意度调查。结果该院护理人员工作满意度不高,被认可与表扬和成就感2个维度得分最高,而排班安排和工资与补贴、工作条件与职业本身特点维度得分最低。结论为提高护理人员工作满意度,建议从护理人员的工资待遇、工作条件和环境、在职培训等方面予以改善和提高。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction degree of nurses and put forth advices to enhance it,thereby to lower the shortage and turnover of nursing staff. Method A total of 611 nurses in a hospital were investigated with a questionnaire. Results The satisfaction degree of nurses was not high. The scores of acceptance and commendation dimension,and sense of accomplishment dimension were the highest. The scores of work an'angement dimension, wages and welfare dimension work condition and characteristics of occupation dimension were the lowest. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the job satisfaction degree of nurses through improving nurses'wages and welfare, working conditions and environment, and job training.
