精神科护士心理健康状况调查分析

目的:了解精神科护士心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表对30名精神科护士及综合医院的护士进行调查,进行对照分析。结果:精神科护士只有敌对因子分高于国内常模(P<0.01)。精神科护士在总分、躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对7项因子分高于内科护士(P<0.01)。结论:精神科护士心理健康状况高于一般人群,但与综合医护护士比较不容乐观,应采取有效措施予以疏导、调整。

Investigation and analysis of the psychological health state of psychiatric nursing staff

Objective: To Investigate of the psychological health state of psychiatric nursing staff and the factors. Method: 30 psychiatric nursing staff and general hospital nursing staff on the basis of the self-report symptom inventory and measured by Cheeklist 90(SCL-90). Result: The paychiatric nursing staff scores are higher than the medical nursing satff in the national norm shows on the factor of hostility only(P<0.01). The psychiatric nursing staff scores much higher than the medical nursing satff on the total score, somatization,obsessive compulsion,sensitivith of human relations,depression,anxiety,and hostility(P<0.01). Conclusion: The psychological health state of psychiatric nursing staff is better than that of the general population,but is poorer than the nursing staff in general hospitals.Effective measures should be taken to improve their psychological health state.
