多西他赛联合卡铂治疗晚期肺癌38例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察多西他赛联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法不可手术的非小细胞肺癌患者38例,初治17例,复治21例,采用多西他赛75mg/m2d1,卡铂300mg/m2d1,静脉滴注,21d为1个周期,至少化疗2个周期以上。结果全组38例,初治组17例,其中CR1例,PR5例,SD9例,PD2例;复治组21例,PR5例,SD10例,PD6例,总有效率(CR+PR)28.9%,其中初治者有效率35.2%,复治者有效率14.2%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和脱发。结论多西他赛联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效可,不良反应轻,患者生活质量改善明显,耐受性好,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of combination chemotherapy with docetaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 38 patients with unresectable NSCLC were enrolled into our study. There were 17 cases accept chemotherapy firstly and others accept secondly or more.Docetaxel was administered 75 mg/m2 d1,carboplatin 200 mg/m2 d1.Two or more therapatic courses were conducted with an interval of 21days. Results The response (CR PR) rate was 28.9%. The response rate of chemotherapy first line was 35.2% and 14.2% was chemotherapy secondly.The main side effects were slight including myelosupprcssion,vomiting and baldness.Conclusion The schedule of docetaxel and carboplatin for advanced NSCLC had good clinical efficacy.The recent life quality of advanced NSCLC progressed apparently.
