麦冬多糖对妊娠期糖尿病小鼠胰岛抵抗作用的影响

摘    要:
目的观察麦冬多糖(ophiopogon-polysaccharide)对妊娠期糖尿病小鼠胰岛素抵抗作用的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制妊娠期小鼠糖尿病模型。将造模成功小鼠随机分为麦冬多糖125 mg.kg-1组、500 mg.kg-1组、格列本脲组、模型组,每组各10只。另取10只正常妊娠小鼠,作为正常对照组。连续灌胃给药14 d,分别于给药第0、7、14天测定小鼠空腹血糖,给药第14天测定小鼠血清胰岛素水平及C-反应蛋白含量。结果口服麦冬多糖各剂量组均可降低妊娠糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖、血清胰岛素水平及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,与模型组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论麦冬多糖有改善妊娠期糖尿病小鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用,其机制可能与降低及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平有关。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of ophiopogon-polysaccharide on insulin resistance in gestational diabetic mices.Methods The model of gestational diabetic mices were established with streptozotocin(STZ) by intraperitoneal injection administration.Model mices were randomized into ophiopogon-polysaccharide 125 mg·kg-1 group,ophiopogon-polysaccharide 500 mg·kg-1 group,glibenclamide group and model group(n=10).Normal pregnancy mices(n=10)were served as normal control group.Ophiopogon-polysaccharide was given by intragastric administration for 14 days.The fasting blood glucose levels of mices at the 0,7,14 day were detected respectively.The serum insulin level and CRP level were detected at the 14 day.Results The fasting blood glucose level,serum insulin level and CRP level were significantly decreased in gestational diabetic mices treated by ophiopogon-polysaccharide compared with model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ophiopogon-polysaccharide could improve the insulin resistance of mice.The mechanism may be related to the decrease of the CRP level.
