| 摘 要： | 根据甲醛能与NH_4~+反应生成等摩尔H~+的原理,用电位滴定法测定了胃液氨的含量。结果表明,该法的灵敏度高于传统的扩散法,回收率为92.5％—93.8％,可作为临床和科研工作中定量检测胃液氨浓度的可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle that ammonium and methyl aldehyde could react to produce isomolar H+, we creat an electrolytic titration method to measure the ammonium content in gastric juice.The results showed that the sensitivity of this method was higher than that of classical diffusion method and the rate of recovery was 92.5%-93.8%. It may be served as a reliable method to determine the ammonium content in gastric juice in the clinical and research work. |
