四联液雾化吸入治疗口鼻咽粘膜放射损伤疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Tetragenous Fluid Spray Inhalation in the Treatment of Radiation Injury of Mucous Membrane of Mouth-Nose-Pharynx

The effective prevention measures for the injury of mucous membrane of mouth-nose-pharynx during the radiotherapy for oral cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied. Randomly, in the tetragenous fluid-treated group, spray inhalation with gentamycin, dexamethasone, Huangqi injection and VitB12 was performed, but in the control group, routine therapies were given. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the response severity of mucous membrane, onset time, average recovered time between the two groups ( P <0.01). The effects of tetragenous fluid-treated group was significantly superior to those in the control group. It was concluded that the tetragenous fluid spray inhalation during the radiotherapy could obviously alleviate the radiation injury of mucous membrane of mouth-nose-pharynx and oral pain.
