摘    要:
目的 研究超声心动图 (U CG)诊断孤立性心室肌致密化不全 (Isolated noncom paction of the ventricular my-ocardium INVM)的价值。方法 仪器采用 ATL 30 0 0 ,HP5 5 0 0或 ACUSON 12 8XP10 C彩色超声仪 ,探头 2~4 MHz。结果  U CG特点心室内均出现大量突出的肌小梁及深陷的小梁隐窝 ,进一步测量小梁隐窝深度计算 X/Y比值 ,比值从二尖瓣水平到心尖水平逐渐减小。结论  UCG可特异性诊断 INVM。

Abstract:
Objective To study the valueof diagnosis of INVM with echocardiography. Methods ATL3000,HP5500,ACUSON 128XP 10C color ultrasound system with 2~4MHz. Results Echocardiography features were as follows: numerous prominent ventricular trabeculations and deep intertrabecular recesses were presented in ventricle. The depths of the intertrabecular recesses were assessed by a quantitative echocardiography X to Y ratio. The ratio were smaller gradually from mitral valve level to apex. Conclusion UCG is promising first line diagnostic tool for INVM.
