| 摘 要： | 皮瓣坏死为乳腺癌术后常见并发症之一，国内外文献报道其发生率均较高。我们根据自己的临床体会、结合文献资料认为导致皮瓣坏死的主要原因为皮瓣组织细胞损伤、皮瓣张力过大、皮下积液及感染、真皮及真皮下血液循环障碍，并针对以上原因采取一系列相应措施，取得了较好疗效，同时对已发生坏死皮瓣的处理进行了简要论述。 |

| Abstract: | Skin flap necrosis is one of the most common postoperation complications in mastectomy.We think the main causes are:tissue and cell injures of skin flap,excess tension between skin flaps,hydrops beneath the skin flap and infecion,circulative malfunction of subdermal plexus.We pay special attentions to the factors listed above in clinical process,the effects are encouraging.In the same time,we discussed the treatment of necrostic skin flap. |
