| 摘 要： | 目的:观察麻杏石甘汤辅佐治疗小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的咳嗽、气喘气急、哮鸣音等临床表现的疗效。方法:92例8~16个月的毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组(麻杏石甘汤)和对照组(常规治疗)。观察两组患儿治疗7天中咳嗽、气喘气急、肺部哮鸣音的消失时间。结果:治疗组治疗后咳嗽、气喘气急、肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显缩短均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01)。治疗组的平均治疗时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:麻杏石甘汤
