预防糖尿病足的优质护理干预研究

目的分析糖尿病足对糖尿病患者的危害,探究糖尿病足的预防护理干预实施的方法与效果。方法选择该院从2015年1月—2018年12月收治的250例糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各125例。对照组进行常规的护理干预,实验组实施对足部更加优质的护理措施。比较3个月后,两组患者的护理干预效果。结果3个月后实施优质护理干预的实验组患者足部情况明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能够动态、延续性的观察患者情况,给与合适及时的护理措施,提高患者的健康意识,有利于患者的治疗。值得在临床中推广应用。

Study on Quality Nursing Intervention for Preventing Diabetic Foot

Objective To analyze the harm of diabetic foot to diabetic patients,and to explore the methods and effects of prevention and treatment intervention for diabetic foot.Methods A total of 250 patients with diabetes in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group underwent routine nursing interventions,and the experimental group implemented better quality care measures for the feet.After three months,the effects of nursing intervention in the two groups of patients were compared.Results The foot condition of the experimental group who underwent high-quality nursing intervention after three months was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can help to observe the patient's condition dynamically and continuously,give appropriate and timely nursing measures,improve the patient's health awareness,and benefit the patient's treatment.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
