早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响研究

目的研究早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法以该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇作为实验对象,运用数字表分组的方式,划分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予早期护理干预。以随访的形式,来对两组产妇的妊娠合并症发生状况、妊娠结局以及围产儿并发症发生状况等指标进行观察和比较。结果试验组产妇在妊娠合并症发生率与围产儿合并症发生率上相较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.317、14.992,P<0.05);试验组剖宫产率与阴道分娩率相较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.837,P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇进行干预,能够降低其他妊娠合并症的诱发,改善围产儿结局,提高阴道分娩率,保障母婴结局。

The Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were used as experimental subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by numerical table grouping,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given early nursing intervention.Follow-up was used to observe and compare the incidence of pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes and perinatal complications in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of pregnancy complications and perinatal complications in the test group was statistically significant(χ^2=10.317,14.992,P<0.05);the cesarean delivery rate in the test group compared with the vaginal delivery rate,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.837,P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can reduce the induction of other pregnancy complications,improve perinatal outcomes,increase vaginal delivery rate,and protect maternal and infant outcomes.
