探讨心理护理干预对改善糖尿病肾病患者负面情绪的影响

目的分析心理护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者负面情绪的改善效果。方法纳入该次研究中的50例研究对象均为该院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的糖尿病肾病,将其平均分为两组,即观察组、参照组,各25例。基础护理应用于对照组患者中,观察组患者选择心理护理干预模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果①护理前对比观察组和对照组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,组间数据无统计学意义形成;护理后对比观察组和对照组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②护理前对比观察组和对照组患者SAS和SDS分,组间数据无统计学意义形成;护理后对比观察组和对照组患者SAS和SDS分,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组患者护理满意度为96%,对照组患者护理满意度为76%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理干预应用于糖尿病肾病患者治疗过程中,可有效改善其血糖水平,使其负性情绪有效降低,护理满意度得以提升,具有一定临床应用价值。

Explore the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Improving Negative Mood of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the improvement of negative mood in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The 50 patients included in this study from september 2018 to september 2019 were all diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital.They were divided into two groups,namely observation group and reference group,with 25 cases each.Basic nursing was applied to the patients in the control group.The patients in the observation group chose the psychological nursing intervention mode and compared the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results 1.Comparison of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of patients in observation group and control group before nursing.There was no statistically significant data between the groups;comparison of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of patients in observation group and control group after nursing,with statistical significance(P<0.05);2.Comparison of SAS and SDS scores between patients in the observation group and the control group before nursing,and no statistical significance was formed between the groups;Comparison of SAS and SDS scores between patients in the observation group and the control group after nursing,the data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96%,and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 76%.The data between the groups was significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve their blood glucose levels,effectively reduce their negative emotions,and improve their nursing satisfaction,which has certain clinical application value.
