高龄患者人工股骨头置换术围手术期的心理护理干预研究

目的探讨高龄患者人工股骨头置换术围手术期的心理护理干预作用。方法将确诊的2019年3月-2020年1月80例高龄人工股骨头置换术患者,信封随机法分为两组。对照组40例所采纳的是人工股骨头置换术围手术期常规护理,实验组40例实施人工股骨头置换术围手术期常规护理联合心理护理。比较两组护理开始和护理后医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD量表)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、手术整体时间、总恢复时间、总并发症出现率。结果实验组医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD量表)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、手术整体时间、总恢复时间、总并发症出现率和对照组比较,存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论高龄人工股骨头置换术患者实施人工股骨头置换术围手术期常规护理联合心理护理可减轻患者的心理负担,促使患者减轻焦虑抑郁,并提高患者舒适度,减少手术和恢复时间,减少并发症的发生率。

Study on the Psychological Nursing Intervention of the Elderly Patients during the Perioperative Period of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement in elderly patients. Methods From March 2019 to January 2020,80 elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement,and 40 cases in the experimental group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing during the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement. The scores of hospital anxiety and Depression Scale( had),Pittsburgh sleep quality index,Kolcaba Comfort Scale( GCQ),overall operation time,total recovery time and total complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Routine nursing combined with psychological nursing can reduce the psychological burden,promote the patients to reduce anxiety and depression,improve the patients’ comfort,reduce the operation and recovery time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
