循证支持下针对性护理用于2型糖尿病患者护理中的效果观察

目的对循证支持下针对性护理在2型糖尿病护理中作用效果进行探究。方法按照抽样原则选择该院2016年5月-2019年3月期间收治的140例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照电脑随机法分为对照组、研究组,均70例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上,辅以基于循证支持的针对性护理,比较两组护理效果,包括血糖达标率、自我护理能力、健康行为等。结果护理后:①研究组血糖达标率(97.14%)高于对照组(85.71%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②研究组ESCA评分、健康行为评分均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于循证支持的针对性护理有助于控制2型糖尿病患者血糖变化,增强患者自我护理能力以及纠正患者健康行为,以利于提升机体健康水平。

Observation on the Effect of Targeted Nursing in the Care of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes with Evidence-based Support

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the care of type 2 diabetes with evidence-based support.Methods According to the sampling principle,140 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the hospital from May 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the computer random method,with 70 cases in both groups,the research group based on the control group,supplemented with targeted nursing based on evidence-based support,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups,including blood glucose compliance rate,self-care ability,and healthy behavior.Results After nursing:1.the blood glucose compliance rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%),and the contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.ESCA score and health behavior score of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based targeted care can help control blood glucose changes in patients with type 2 diabetes,enhance patient self-care ability,and correct patient health behaviors,which is conducive to improving the body's health.
