4项指标联合检测在2型糖尿病患者微血管病变中的临床意义

目的研究4项指标联合检测在2型糖尿病患者微血管病变中的意义。方法研究对象选取时间2018年4月-2019年8月,共收治2型糖尿病患者53例,纳入观察组中,依据其是否发生血管病变分为观察组Ⅰ(未病变26例)和观察组Ⅱ(病变27例),另外选择同期到该院进行健康体检的54名健康者,纳入对照组,所有研究对象检测糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板内α颗粒蛋白(CD62P)采用的检验仪器分别为全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪、全自动生化分析仪、血细胞分析仪和全自动血细胞计数仪,分析临床检测结果。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组的HbAlc、hs-CRP、MPV和CD62P4项指标数值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ和观察组Ⅱ对比,观察组Ⅱ的HbAlc、hs-CRP、MPV和CD62P各项数值明显高于观察组Ⅰ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 4项指标联合检测在2型糖尿病患者微血管病变中,在病症早期可发现病变,同时能够良好地区分健康人群与2型糖尿病患者,在实际临床中的运用价值较高。

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of 4 Indicators in Microangiopathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To study the significance of combined detection of 4 indicators in microangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The study subjects were selected from April 2018 to August 2019.A total of 53 patients with type 2 diabetes were admitted to the observation group,and they were divided into observation groupⅠ(26 cases without disease)based on whether vascular disease occurred and observation groupⅡ(27 cases of lesions),and another 54 healthy people who chose to undergo a health checkup in the hospital during the same period were included in the control group.All subjects were tested for glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).The test instruments used for average platelet volume(MPV)and alpha granule protein(CD62P)in platelets are a fully automatic glycated hemoglobin analyzer,a fully automatic biochemical analyzer,a blood cell analyzer,and a fully automatic blood cell counter to analyze the clinical test results.Results Compared with the control group,the values of HbAlc,hs-CRP,MPV and CD62P4 in the observation group were larger than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison between the observation groupⅠand the observation groupⅡ,the observation group The values of HbAlc,hs-CRP,MPV and CD62P inⅡwere significantly higher than those in observation groupⅠ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of four indicators in microangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes can detect lesions in the early stages of the disease,and at the same time,it can distinguish between healthy people and patients with type 2 diabetes.It has higher application value in actual clinical practice.
