多种形式结合健康教育模式对糖尿病患者全麻术后恢复期的影响

目的研究多种形式结合健康教育模式对糖尿病患者全麻术后恢复期的影响。方法收集2018年1-12月在该院手术室行手术治疗并进行全麻的2型糖尿病患者206例。随机分为两组,观察组104例,对照组102例。两组患者均按照诊疗指南进行围手术期血糖的而控制管理。观察组在对照组的基础上加入动态血糖监测及多种形式结合健康教育模式。对比两组患者血糖控制情况及麻醉并发症发生率、患者及家属满意度。结果观察组患者血糖达标时间、平均血糖波动明显低于对照组。低血糖发生率及高渗性昏迷发生率观察组明显低于对照组。麻醉并发症的发生率观察组明显低于对照组。观察组患者满意度、家属满意度均高于对照组。结论多种形式结合健康教育模式利于患者全麻术后的恢复,值得推广。

Effect of Multiple Forms Combined with Health Education Model on Recovery Period of Patients with Diabetes after General Anesthesia

Objective To study the effect of multiple forms combined with health education model on the recovery period of patients with diabetes after general anesthesia.Methods From January to December 2018,206 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent surgical treatment in our operating room and underwent general anesthesia were collected.They were randomly divided into two groups,104 in the observation group and 102 in the control group.Patients in both groups were managed for perioperative blood glucose according to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment.The observation group added dynamic glucose monitoring and a variety of health education models based on the control group.The two groups of patients were compared for blood glucose control,anesthesia complications,and patient and family satisfaction.Results The blood glucose compliance time and mean blood glucose fluctuations in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of hypoglycemia and the incidence of hypertonic coma were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The incidence of anesthesia complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Patient satisfaction and family satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The combination of multiple forms of health education is beneficial to the recovery of patients after general anesthesia.
