中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果。方法研究对象来自2016年5月—2018年6月期间收治的76例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机原则下均分两组,分别为常规组与观察组,各38例,常规组患者仅予以西医药物治疗,观察组患者予以中西医结合治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.74%)高于常规组(81.58%),且治疗后观察组患者血糖、肾脏各项指标均优于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取中西医结合方法治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果显著,患者肾脏功能恢复较好,临床症状改善效果佳,临床应用价值较高。

Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 76 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted from May 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in the conventional group and the observation group each.The patients in the conventional group were treated with only Western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.74%)was higher than that in the conventional group(81.58%).After treatment,the blood glucose and kidney indexes of the observation group were better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is significant.The renal function recovery is better,the clinical symptoms are improved,and the clinical application value is higher.
