临床路径护理模式在糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用价值分析

目的将糖尿病患者血糖管理作为研究中心,就临床路径护理模式的临床效用进行揭示。方法纳选时间在2016年9月—2018年12月,根据患者临床护理模式的差异性将其分成常规组和临床路径组,对两组患者对于糖尿病疾病方面相关的认知进行观察,对临床护理服务评价及血糖水平(FPG、FPG-2 h、GHb)的控制成效。结果干预前两组患者的FPG、FPG-2 h及GHb指标值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预两组患者以上指标与干预前对比均显著下降,临床路径组的下降程度显著优于常规组,数据比较呈现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理服务满意度对比,临床路径组明显较高于常规组95.3%∶83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理模式是糖尿病血糖管理的理想模式,可帮助患者提升对疾病知识的认识,对控制血糖水平及提升患者对临床护理服务的相关评价都具有很好的意义,可以在临床上进行应用。

Value Analysis of Clinical Pathway Nursing Mode in Blood Glucose Management of Patients with Diabetes

Objective To use the blood glucose management of diabetic patients as a research center to reveal the clinical utility of the clinical pathway nursing model.Methods The selection period was from September 2016 to December 2018,and the patients were divided into the routine group and the clinical pathway group according to the differences in clinical care models of the patients.Evaluation of clinical nursing services and control of blood glucose levels(FPG,FPG-2 h,GHb).Results There were no significant differences in the values of FPG,FPG-2 h and GHb in the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).The above indicators in the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the degree of decline in the clinical pathway group was significantly better than the conventional group,the data comparison showed a significant difference(P<0.05);in the comparison of nursing service satisfaction,the clinical pathway group was significantly higher than the conventional group by 95.3%∶83.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway nursing model is an ideal model for diabetes blood glucose management.It can help patients to improve their knowledge of the disease.It is of great significance to control blood glucose levels and improve patients’evaluation of clinical nursing services.It can be applied clinically.
