护理干预对减轻甲状腺患者术后疼痛不适的效果观察

目的 探讨护理干预对减轻甲状腺患者术后疼痛不适的效果.方法 170例甲状腺手术患者,随机分为观察组86例,对照组84例.对照组:采用常规护理.观察组:采用心理干预、体位训练干预、疼痛干预.结果 两组患者术前体位训练合格率、术后24小时疼痛程度、能生活自理的人数比较有显著性差异(P＜0.001).结论 护理干预能明显减轻甲状腺患者术后疼痛不适,提高自我护理的能力,促进早日康复.

Relieve Ache and Compl of Thyroid Gland Patient by Nursing Intervention after Operation

Objective To improve the effect of nursing intervention after operation to relieve ache and complaint of thyroid gland patients.Methods 170 cases of thyroid gland patient were randomly divided into two groups,observation group with 86 cases of patients and control group with 84 cases. In contrast to the control group treated in usual care,the observation group was treated by psychological,body posture training and ache intervention.Results There was significant difference (P <0.001) between the two groups in the qualified rate of body posture training preoperative,the ache level and the number of the patients with the ability of self-care within 24 hours after operation. Conclusions Nursing intervention can obviously relieve ache and complaint of thyroid gland patient after operation,raise the ability of self-care,and promote patients recovery from illness earlier.
