大黄附子汤不同制备方法温下作用的比较

目的:探讨不同方法制备的大黄附子汤对寒积便秘小鼠泻下作用的影响。方法:50只小鼠分为空白组、模型组、大黄附子汤水煎液组、乙醇回流组、超微粉碎组。以冰水灌服制备寒积便秘小鼠模型,观察小鼠粪便中出现炭末的时间以及给药后5 h内的排便点数。结果:与模型组比较,大黄附子汤水煎液组、乙醇回流组、超微粉碎组小鼠粪便炭末出现时间缩短,排便点数增加。结论:不同方法制备的大黄附子汤均具有明显的通便作用。

Purgative Effect of Dahuang Fuzi Decoctions Prepared by Different Ways

Objective ：To investigate the purgative effect of Dahuang Fuzi decoctions（DHFZD）which were prepared by dif- ferent ways. Method：50 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,DHFZD water boiling group,ethanol refluxing group,ultramicro-pulverization group. Constipation mice models due to accumulation of cold were established through drenching ice-water. Then time of charcoal powder occurring in feces and number of feces within 5 h were ob- served. Result：Compared with model group, occurring time of charcoal powder in feces was shortened and the quantity of feces within 5 h was increased in DHFZD water boiling group, ethanol refluxing group and ultramicro-pulverization group. Conclusion：DHFZD which were prepared by different methods possess obviously purgative effect.
