中药结肠透析疗法治疗老年慢性肾功能衰竭40例

目的：探讨老年慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）疗效可靠、价格低廉的临床治疗方法。方法：将40例患者随机分为两组，治疗组（20例）在对照组（20例1）一体化治疗基础上加用中药扶正排毒汤行结肠透析治疗，共治疗2个月。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为80．0％和60．0％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；血清尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）下降明显（P〈0．05），CD3，CD4^＋水平明显上升（P〈0．05），差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：扶正排毒汤结肠透析治疗早期CRF（Ⅰ～Ⅲ期），疗效肯定，能制止肾功能继续恶化，但免疫异常的免疫正调节作用不明显。

Clinical Observation of Colon Herbs Dialysis Therapy in 40 Elderly Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To discuss a more effective and cheaper therapy for chronic renal failure in elderly patients.Methods 40 cases of chronic renal failure were divided into the integrated treatment group of traditional and western medicine.The control group(20 cases)was treated with complex treatment for 2 months.At the same time,colon herbs(Fuzhengpaidu decoction) dialysis was added to the observe group(20 cases).Results The total effective rate of the observe group was 80.0%,better than that of the control group(60%).The differ-ence of the total effective rate in two groups was significant(P < 0.05).Bun,Scr in the observe group decreased markedly after treatment(P < 0.05).CD3,CD4+ in two groups were much higher than before treatment.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Colon herbs(Fuzhengpaidu decoction) dialysis therapy has obvious effect for chronic renal failure in early stage.It can prevent the continual exacebation of renal functions without positive immunoregulating effect for abnormal immunity.
