| 摘 要： | 本文采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸吗啡注射液的含量。该法操作简便，重现性好，回收率为９９．７６％，ＣＶ０．２３％，经与《中国药典》１９９０年版方法比较，结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of content of morphine hydrochloridein its injection was used.Compared with the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1990),the results ob-tained are consistent and reproducible(the average recovery is 99.76%,the coefficient of variation is 0.23%)and the advantages of the method are simple,convenient to operate and comparatively accurate. |
