开胃消食合剂对功能性消化不良患者胃排空作用的影响

目的:观察开胃消食合剂对功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃排空功能的作用,进一步了解其改善功能性消化不良患者的不适症状的机制.方法:对FD患者询问消化不良症状,采用一次口服不透X线标记物后4小时拍摄腹部平片的方法,统计用药前后钡条在胃内残留的数目来评价药物的疗效.结果:FD患者服用开胃消食合剂后,餐后4小时钡条排空率明显增加(P＜0.01),与多潘立酮对照组比较无显著差异(P＞0.05),但临床症状较多潘立酮改善明显.结论:开胃消食合剂可改善FD患者的症状,促进患者的胃排空功能.

Effects ofKaiWei XiaoShi Mixture on Gastric Emptying of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective： To observe function of KaiWei XiaoShi mixture on gastric emptying in patients with functional dyspepsia （FD） as well as to further understand its mechanism of reducing discomfort of patients with FD. Method： Dyspeptic symptoms were collected and effects of medicine were evaluated by comparing numbers of barium bars remained in stomach before and after medication with the method of photographing abdominal plain film after taking marked barium bars within four hours. Result： After patients taking KaiWei XiaoShi mixture, emptying rate of barium bars after meal four hours obviously increased （P〈0.01）, it suggested no remarkable difference compared with control group of domperidone （P〉0.05）. But clinical symptoms improved greater than dompeddone. Conclusion： KaiWei XiaoShi mixture can improve the symptoms of patients with FD and promote gastric emptying.
