中药内服联合穴位按摩治产后缺乳52例

目的：观察中药内服联合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法：将208例初产后缺乳患者随机分为中药联合穴位按摩组（52例）、中药组（52例）、穴位按摩组（52例）和对照组（52例）。中药组口服催乳汤,1剂/d;穴位按摩组采用乳房和穴位按摩,2次/d;中药联合穴位按摩组将中药组、按摩组治疗方法联合应用;对照组每日用鲫鱼250 g煮汤随餐食用。治疗5天后,观察4组泌乳量、补授乳量的变化。结果：泌乳量、补授乳量4组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;3治疗组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中药联合穴位按摩治疗组与其他治疗组及对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中药组、穴位按摩组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药联合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳可明显提高泌乳量、减少补授乳量。

Herbs and Acupoint Massage in Treating 52 Cases of Postpartum Hypogalactia

Objective： To survey therapeutic effects of herbs and acupoint massage in treating postpartum hy- pogalactia. Method： All 208 patients were randomly divided into group of herbs and acupoint massage, group of mas- sage and herbs, group of massage and control group on average. Group of herbs took CuiRuTang, one dose per day; massage group received breast and acupoint massage, twice per day; group of herbs and massage received CuiRuTang, breast and acupoint massage; control group had 250g ofJiYu （Carassius auratus） with meal. Changes of milk secretion and complementary lactation volume in four groups were observed after treating for five days. Result： Comparisons of four groups indicated statistical meaning in milk secretion and complementary lactation volume（P〈0.05）; comparisons among three treatment groups and control group suggested statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; group of herb and acupoint massage compared with other treatment groups as well as control group demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; herb group, acupoint massage group compared with control group showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Herb and acupoint massage in treating postpartum hypogalactia can notably raise milk secretion and decrease comple- mentary lactation volume with remarkable effects.
