软坚散结方对颈动脉粥样硬化治疗的临床观察

目的：观察软坚散结方对颈动脉粥样硬化（Atherosclerosis,AS）斑块的防治作用。方法：采用彩色多谱勒超声技术从高脂血症病人中检测出165例颈动脉内膜-中层（IMT）增厚与斑块形成的病人,随机分成心脉康组（55例）、血脂康组（55例）、西药组（55例）,分别给予心脉康片、血脂康胶囊辛伐他汀6个月。比较治疗前后血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）及IMT与斑块消退的变化。结果：三组病人TC、LDL-C降低,HDL-C升高,颈动脉IMT与斑块均有消退,但以心脉康组更为显著（P〈0.05）,同时心脉康组HDL-C、TG降低。结论：软坚散结方可有效降低血脂,逆转颈动脉粥样硬化斑块。

Clinical observation of the Ruanjian Sanjie recipe on treating AS

Objective: To observe the effect of the Ruanjian Sanjie recipe on treating AS plaque prevention role.Methods: 165 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into 3 groups,The 1st group(n=55) received Xin Mai Kang tablet,the 2nd group received Xue Zhi Kang Capsule,and the 3rd group received Simvastatin.The treatment lasted 6 months.Results: After treatment,in all groups,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) significantly thinned(P<0.05),plaque volume significantly reduced(P<0.05),serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) significantly decreased(P<0.05),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) significantly rised(P<0.05).The difference was most significant(P<0.05) in Xue Zhi Kang group.Conclusion: Xin Mai Kang tablet can decrease blood lipid levels and alleviate carotid atherosclerosis as well.
