全面完善我国结核病控制策略,加速遏制结核病进程

我国政府高度重视结核病防治工作,近年来结核病防治工作取得了明显成效。但结核病仍然是严重危害我国人民群众身体健康的重大传染病之一,我国的结核病负担在全球30个结核病高负担国家中排名第二。结核病防治工作中还面临着很多问题与挑战,必须全面完善和加强现有的防控策略和措施,才能加速结核病控制的进程。想要彻底消除结核病的流行,必须在进一步优化以控制传染源为主的现有策略基础上,增加和强化新的干预措施,如通过强有力的感染控制和个人防护等措施切断传播途径、通过扩大免疫和科学开展预防性服药等措施保护易感人群等。我们应在世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的END-TB(终止结核)策略的基础上,结合我国的实际情况,形成适合于我国的结核控制策略和措施,才能逐步降低我国的结核病疫情,助力“END-TB”宏伟目标的实现。

Improve tuberculosis control strategy of China comprehensively,and accelerate the process of stopping tuberculosis

Chinese government pays great attention to prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.The work of tuberculosis control has achieved remarkable results in recent years. But tuberculosis is still one of the major infectious diseases that endanger the health of people seriously. China's burden of tuberculosis ranks second among 30 high burden countries in the world. There are still many problems and challenges in the work of tuberculosis prevention and control. The existing control strategies and measures must be improved and strengthened comprehensively in order to accelerate the progress of tuberculosis control. On the basis of further optimizing existing strategies of controlling the source of infection,new intervention measures must be added and strengthened to eliminate the tuberculosis, such as cutting off the route of transmission by infection control and personal protection measures, and protecting susceptible people by expanding immunization and carrying out prophylactic treatment scientifically.We should develop tuberculosis control strategies and measures which are suitable for China on the basis of the END-TB strategy proposed by WHO and in combination with the actual situation in China.Only in this way can we reduce the tuberculosis epidemic in China step by step and contribute to the realization of the magnificent goal of "END-TB".
