| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普米克令舒和博利康尼联合吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法将78例哮喘发作患儿随机分为对照组38例和治疗组40例。对照组静脉滴注地塞米松、氨茶碱,治疗组氧气驱动雾化吸入博利康尼、普米克令舒治疗。两组其它综合治疗方法相同,观察比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后症状缓解时间比对照组短（P〈0.05）,总有效率（92.5%）比对照组（73.7%）高（χ^2=9.45,P〈0.01）,肺功能改善明显增加（P〈0.01）。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒及博利康尼治疗儿童哮喘急性发作疗效好,起效快、方便、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of treating chudren affcicted with asthma by using pulmicort Pespulses and bricanyl suspension.
