| 摘 要： | 用高分辨毛细管气相色／质谱联用技术，分离并鉴定了白术挥发油成分。共分离出６５个组分，鉴定了其中的２３个成分，占挥发油总量的９２％，其中，含量高于１％的有８个，并且以苍术酮含量最高，另外含量较高的成分有γ－ｅｌｅｍｅｎｅ等。

| Abstract: | Essential oil from Atactylodes macrophala Koidz was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components of the oil were examined by means of capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 23 of the 65 separated constituents were identified,which constituted 92% of the total amount. The content of each component identified was determined by area normalization method. ofthese, each content of & compounds was higher than 1%. Atractylon was the highest one (61% ), and elemene (11 % ) second to it. |
