ICU医院感染目标性监测结果比较

目的了解医院重症监护病房医院感染情况,为医院感染防控提供科学依据。方法通过目标性监测,对某医院重症监护病房医院感染情况及其相关危险因素进行了监测分析。结果该医院重症监护病房610例住院患者,发生医院感染249例次,例次感染率为40.82%,患者日感染发病率40.29‰,调整感染发病率10.89‰。105例使用呼吸机的住院患者中,发生医院感染69例次,例次感染率为65.71%,其中40.63%为呼吸机相关肺炎。结论该重症监护病房医院感染发生率较高,使用呼吸机的病人呼吸机相关肺炎发病率也较高,应有针对性地加强防控措施。

COMPARISON OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION BY OBJECTIVE SURVEILLANCE IN ICU

Objective To know the nosocomial infection in intensive care unit(ICU),and to provide scientific foundation to formulate the effective measures in nosocomial infective prevention and control.Methods Objective surveillance of nosocomial infection was carried out in ICU,and the monitoring data and infection related risk factors were analyzed.Results 610 patients were monitored in ICU.249 case/times of them were found with nosocomial infection and the infective rate of case/times was 40.82%,the daily infective rate was 40.29‰,the adjusted infective case rate was 10.89‰.69 cases of 105 patients treated with ventilators were found with nosocomial infection.The infective rate of case/times of was 65.71%,and the ventilator-associated pneumonia case rate was 40.63%.Conclusion A higher prevalence of nosocomial infection and ventilator-associated infection are found in the ICU of the hospital,and effective measures must be taken for nosocomial infection prevention and control.
