摘    要:目的 分析目前医院感染常见病原菌的分布和药物敏感性,指导临床合理选用抗生素,减少耐药菌的发生.方法 通过对医院病区2009年送检的各类感染性标本进行细菌培养鉴定和药敏试验结果的统计分析.结果 1582份标本中共分离262株阳性致病菌,主要以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,其中肺炎克雷伯菌占24.43%,大肠埃希菌占21.37%;致病菌主要分布在新生儿科呼吸道标本;在革兰氏阴性杆菌中产超广谱酶β-内酰胺酶细菌(ESBLs)占23.53%.结论 细菌耐药性仍是目前临床上最为严重的问题,因此掌握细菌变迁动态,不断进行耐药性监测,从而合理使用抗生素,以便达到有效的抗菌目的并减少耐药菌的出现.

Abstract:【Objective】 To analyze present situation on bacteria distribution and its drug susceptibility to guide clinical proper use of antibiotics,and reduce the drug resistance of bacteria.【Methods】 The bacterial identity and drug sensitivity test was conducted to different kinds of specimens collected from clinical units in 2009.【Results】 Of the specimens in 1 582 cases,there were 262 positive strains cultured(16.6%).Mainly including gram negative bacilli,64 K.pneumonia strains(24.43%) and 56 Escherichia coli strains(21.37%);the strains main cultured from respiratory cases in newborn department.In the Gram negative bacilli,23.53% bacteria tested produced extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs).【Conclusions】 Bacterial resistance continued to be a serious problem,so dynamic changes tracking and resistance monitoring of bacteria,rational application of drugs are highly effective against bacteria and reduce resistant strains.
