微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床治疗效果。方法入选的56例高血压脑出血患者按照病人或家属意愿分为微创治疗组(微创组)和内科保守治疗组(保守组)各28例,比较两组的神经功能缺损评分,住院期间的死亡率及再出血发生率及并发症情况。结果微创组的死亡率明显低于保守组(P〈0.01),微创组术后肺部感染的发生例数明显少于保守组(P〈0.01),两组ESS评分均较治疗前明显提高(P〈0.05),且微创组较保守组提高更显著(P〈0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血疗效确切,优于常规保守治疗。

The Efficacy of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Fifty-six cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into minimally invasive treatment group(minimally invasive group) and the conservative treatment group(conservative group) with 28 cases in each.Nerve function deficit score,hospitalization during mortality and incidence of bleeding and complications were compared between two groups.Results The mortality rate of minimally invasive group was significantly lower than the conservative group(P < 0.01),minimally invasive group,postoperative pulmonary infection cases of minimally invasive group were significantly less than the conservative group(P < 0.01) ESS scores of two groups significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05),and minimally invasive group increased more significantly than in the conservative group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is efficacy,and is superior to conventional conservative treatment.
