| 摘 要： | 为了探讨单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)与白塞病(Behcet's disease,BD)的关系,本研究应用聚合酶链反应(P('R))技术检测38例BD患者口腔溃疡愈合前后的HSV-1 DNA,免疫组化技术观察溃疡粘膜HSV-1抗原表达。结果,溃疡刮片标本HSV-1 DNA检出率为34.2％(13/38),对照组为6.7％(2/30);原刮片部位之愈后粘膜HSV-1 DNA检出7例,占愈合粘膜标本的53.8％(7/13),HSV-1抗原表达阳性率为61.3％(8/13);愈后粘膜HSV-1 DNA阳性者,其HSV-1抗原表达亦全部阳性。这些结果提示HSV-1可能参与BD病损形成,病损愈后的粘膜仍有HSV-1潜伏及其基因表达。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to investigate the association between HSV-1 and Be-hcet' s disease. The PCR was used to detect HSV-1 DNA in scrape specimens collected from oral ulcerative lesions and in biopsies obtained from healed mucosa. from38 patients with Behcet' s disease (BD). And also the immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of HSV-1 antigen in biopsies of the healed mucosa. A 223 bp HSV - 1 DNA fragment was found in 13 of 38(34.2%) serape; specimens and in 7 of 1 3 healed mucosa biopsies. The positive rate of HSV-1 antigen expression in 13 biopsies of the healed mucosa was 61. 5% (8/13). These results suggest that HSV-1 may play an important role in the formation of BD lesions. |
