| 摘 要： | 凝血酶不仅在凝血过程中起主导作用,还可以促进细胞增殖,使细胞发生表型变化及参与炎症反应,在肺纤维化形成过程中起重要作用.现就凝血酶及其受体的特性、凝血酶与肺纤维化的关系及其作用机制作一综述.

| Abstract: | Thrombin not only has major effect in blood clotting,but also promotes cell proliferation to cause the cell diversified in phenotype,and participates in inflammatory reaction.So thrombin has a significant role in the formation of pulmonary fibrosis.This article reviews the characteristics of thrombin and its receptor,the relationship of thrombin with pulmonary fibrosis and its mechanism. |
