放疗后脊柱MRI表现

摘    要:
探讨放疗后脊柱骨髓MRI的特征。材料与方法;本组55例脊柱放疗后患者,放疗剂量2100-7500cGy,各病例开始放疗后MR检查之间的间隔时间不等,最短的是7周,最长的是20年。结果:MRI表现为:T1WI像椎体呈明显高信号改变,且信号均匀,与非照射野的脊柱分界清晰;G2WI像呈均匀的稍高信号;STIR或T1WI抑脂成像显示椎体呈明显低信号改变。

Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the character of MR appearances after radiation treatment to the bone marrow of the vertebral bodies.Materials and Methods:Fifty five cases after radiation treatment were included. Radiation doses was from 2100cGy to 7500cGy. The interval between radiotherapy and MR examination vaied from 7 weeks to 20 years. Results:The MR apppearances of 55 cases were as follows: On T 1 weighted imaging the homogeneous increased signal intensity in the bone marrow of those vertebral bodies was apparent, the area of altered signal intensity demonstrated very well defined margins to the field of nonirradiation. On T 2 weighted imaging similar finding were found. On STIR or T 1WI with fat suppresion, there was an apprant decrease in signal intensity. Conclusion: The changes of signal intensity on SE of STIR sequence is persumed to be secondary to diffuse fatty infiltration and replacement of the normal bone marrow by either an absolute or relatively increased yellow bone marrow.
