糖化血红蛋白水平对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者心功能的影响研究

目的：评估2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并冠心病（CAD）患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平与心功能之间的关系。方法收集169例T2DM合并CAD患者，按HbA1c水平分成2组，A组67例（HbA1c<7.0%），B组102例（HbA1c≥7.0%）。结果 B组与A组比较，TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、NT-BNP均显著升高（P<0.05）；B组的左心室射血分数值（LVEF）明显低于A组。结论 T2DM合并CAD患者应长期有效地控制血糖水平，有助于患者心功能改善。

The effect of glycated hemoglobin levels on cardiac function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level and the cardiac function. Methods Collected 169 patients with T2DM combined CAD,in HbA1c level is divided into two groups, 67 cases in group A (HbA1c<7.0%), 102 cases of group B (HbA1c 7.0%or higher). Results Compared with group B, group A TC, TG, LDL-C, FBG, were significantly increased(P<0.05);Group B value of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was lower than that in group A. Conclusion Patients with T2DM combined CAD should be long-term effective control blood sugar levels, in order to reduce the degree of coronary artery lesions.
