| Abstract: | A case of preoperatively diagnosed jejunal duplication cyst displaying the characteristic five-layered appearance of the gastrointestinal tract wall and peristaltic activity is reported. Both these rare features allowed a specific diagnosis of enteric duplication to be made. |
