急性心力衰竭患儿血清基质金属蛋白酶-2、-9水平变化的意义

目的探讨急性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患儿血清基质金属蛋白酶-2 （MMP-2）、-9（MMP-9）水平变化及临床意义。方法测定CHF组急性期和缓解期与健康对照组的血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平,同时分析其与心功能的关系。结果CHF组血清MMP-2、MMP-9 和TIMP-1水平显著高于健康对照组,且随心力衰竭程度的加重而显著增加（P〈0.01或P〈005）。结论血清MMP-2、MMP-9参与CHF的发生发展过程,其血清水平的检测有助于评估CHF病情严重程度。

Change and Significance of Serum Levels of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2,-9 in Children with Heart Failure

ObjectiveTo investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),-9(MMP-2) concentration in children with congestive heart failure(CHF). MethodsSerum concentrations of MMP-2,MMP-9 were measured in CHF and control group, and the relationship between serum MMP-2,-9 and cardiac function were also studied. ResultsThe serum concentrations of MMP-2,MMP-9 in children with CHF were higher significantly than those in control group, and it also increased with the increased of the severity of heart failure (P<0.01 or P<0.05). ConclusionSerum MMP-2,MMP-9 can be involved in the pathogenesis of CHF, and the level of serum MMP-2,-9 is helpful to the judge ment of the severity of CHF.
