胸部Askin瘤的诊断及治疗（附4例分析）

目的总结胸部Askin瘤的诊断及治疗方法,提高对本病的认识水平。方法回顾分析我院1997～2007年收治的4例胸部Askin瘤的病例资料。4例患者均行手术切除加区域淋巴结清扫,术后放疗、化疗以及免疫治疗。结果3例因局部复发、脑转移、肺转移分别于术后3、4、6个月死亡,1例生存4年。结论胸部Askin瘤是一种罕见的胸肺部高度恶性肿瘤,术后病理、免疫组化及电镜检查有助于明确诊断,综合治疗可能延长生存期,本病预后差。

Diagnosis and treatment of the thoracopulmonary Askin tumor

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological features of Askin tumor and improve its diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinicopathological features and treatment of 4 cases of Askin tumor were analyzed.All patients underwent surgical resection for hyperplasis and received radiotherapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy.Results Three patients died of metastatic tumor of lung and brain after 3,4,6 months.1 case survived 4 years.Conclusion Askin tumor is a highly malignant neurosecretory tumor.Clinicopathologic observation,immunohistochemisty and electron microscopy are the most reliable diagnostic methods for Askin tumor.Comprehensive treatment may prolong the survival.Poor prognosis is characteristic of this disease.
