小儿窦房结房室结电生理学功能观察初步报告

摘    要:本文报告采用经食道程序心房刺激同时检测69例小儿的窦房结、房室结电生理功能,并与正常成年人、老年人参数相比较,以观察小儿窦房结、房室结功能特点。结果表明小儿窦房结恢复时间、窦房传导时间、校正窦房结恢复时间均显著低于成年人和老年人(P<0.001)。文氏阻滞点及2:1阻滞点则较成年人和老年人为高(P<0.001)。作者认为,由于小儿自律传导系发育程度及神经体液调节与成年人和老年人不同,故小儿窦房结、房室结应有其本身的正常值。

Abstract:Transesophageal programmed atrial stimulation was used to evaluate the sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node functions in 69 children, The measured parameters were compared with those in normal adults and the elderly so as to find out the electrophysiologic characteristics in children, The results showed that the sinoatrial node recovery time (SNRT), corrected sinoatrial node recovery time (CSNRT), sinoatrial corrected sinoatrial node recovery time (CSNRT), sinoatrial conduction time (SACT) in children were significantly shorter than those in the adults and the elderly, while the pace rate at which the wenckebach phenomenon and 2 : 1 atrioventricular block were occured was higher thau those in the adults and the elderly, indicating the better atrioventricular conduction ability in children, It is concluded that the electrophysiologic function parameters in children should have their own normal range because they are different from the adults and the elderly in the development and neuro-humoral regulation of cardiac autoticity system.
