| 摘 要： | 目的观察蝮蛇木瓜胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的临床疗效。方法将66例RA患者随机分成2组,治疗组33例给予蝮蛇木瓜胶囊治疗,对照组33例给予来氟米特治疗。治疗后比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97．0％高于对照组的87．9％,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论蝮蛇木瓜胶囊治疗RA具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Viper papaya capsule in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 66 cases patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into treatment group and control group, each of 33 cases. Treatment group were given Viper papaya capsule treatment,control group were given leflunomide treatment. After treatment, observed the effect of two groups. Results The total efficiency of treatment group（97.0% ） was higher than that of control group（87.9% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Viper papaya capsule in rheumatoid arthritis has a good effect. |
