双黄连粉针剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒性肺炎用药分析

目的观察双黄连粉针剂联合利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效。方法将150例病毒性肺炎患儿随机分为观察组80例和对照组70例，对照组常规使用利巴韦林注射液，观察组在对照组基础上联合使用双黄连粉针剂。观察2组主要症状、体征消失时间及临床治疗效果。结果观察组主要症状、体征消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为96．3％高于对照组的87．1％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论双黄连粉针剂联合利巴韦林治疗／bJL病毒性肺炎疗效显著。

Drug analysis of Shuanghuanglian injection combined with ribavirin treatment in children with viral pneumonia

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shuanghuanglian injection combined with ribavirin in treating viral pneumonia children. Methods 150 children with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 80）and control group（ n = 70） . The control group received routine use of ribavirin injection, and the observation group was added with Shuanghuanglian injection on the basis of control group. Disappeared time of main symptoms and signs and clinical effect in both groups were observed. Results Disappeared time of main symptoms and signs in observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Total effective rate was 96.3% in the observation group, and it was 87.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）- Conduslon Shuanghuanglian injection combined with ribavirin in treating viral pneumonia children is significantly effective.
