| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对脑卒中患者进行心理干预后的效果评价。方法将80例脑卒中患者分为干预组和对照组,各40例。对照组只给予常规治疗及护理,干预组在此基础上实施有针对性的心理干预。结果干预组的异常心理(抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、自卑等)较对照组有明显的改善,生活质量有所提高(P<0.05)。结论及时进行有效的心理干预,可以减轻脑卒中患者的负性心理状态,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,促进疾病的康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss performance evaluation of the stroke patients by implementing psychological intervention.Methods Dividing the 80 cases of stroke patients into intervention group and control group,40 cases in each group.Giving control group only conventional therapy and nursing,and based on it giving the other group psychological intervention.Results Compared with control group,abnormal psychology of the intervention group（depression,anxiety,fear,inferiority,etc.） is obvious improvement,quality of life increased（P0.05）.Conclusion The effective psychological intervention to stroke patients can reduce the negative mental state,improve the quality of life,shorten the hospital stays,promote the disease recovery. |
