| 摘 要： | 目的:分析总结本区域导致急性腹痛的发病原因。方法:回顾分析我院2005年1月至2006年12月收治的286例急腹症患者的临床资料。结果:急性胃肠炎66例(23.08%),泌尿系结石58例(20.28%),胆道系统疾病38例(13.29%)。结论:急性胃肠炎、泌尿系结石、胆道系统疾病是本区域导致急性腹痛的三大主要原因。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to analyse etiology of Acute Abdominal Pains. Methods To retrospectively analyse 286patients with Acute Abdominal Pains admitted to Shipai hospital. Results There were 66 cases of acute gastroenteritis(23.08%)and 58 cases of urological calculi (20.28%)and38 cases of biliary tract diseases(13.29%).Conclusion Acute gastroenteritis and urological calculi and biliary tract diseases were the main cause of Acute Abdominal Pains. |
