420nm强脉冲光联合氯霉素搽剂治疗面部中重度痤疮疗效观察

目的观察420nm强脉冲光联合氯霉素搽剂治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法将78例面部中重度寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组，观察组40例采用420nm强脉冲光联合氯霉素搽剂治疗；对照组38例单纯外用氯霉素搽剂治疗。结果观察组和对照组有效率分别为77．5％和47．37％，观察组疗效和有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论420nm强脉冲光联合氯霉素搽剂治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效优于单纯外用氯霉素搽剂。

Curative effect observation of 420 nm intense pulsed light and chloramphenicol liniment in treatment of facial moderate and severe acne vulgaris

Objective To observe the curative effect of the 420nm intense pulsed light and chloramphenicol liniment in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 78 cases of moderate and severe acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 40 cases using 420nm intense pulsed light and chloramphenicol liniment in treatment; 38 cases in the control group only applied chloramphenicol liniment topically. Results The efficacy rate of the observation group and control group was 77.5% and 47.37% respectively, the therapeutic effect and efficacy rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with chloramphenicol liniment in treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris is more effective than simple using of chloramphenicol liniment.
