剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床分析

目的:探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除的安全性和可行性。方法:回顾性分析我院86例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剥除术,与同期80例单纯行剖宫产术的产妇对照。结果:术中出血量、术后24h出血量、术后病率、住院时间肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05);手术时间肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术同时应尽量行子宫肌瘤剔除术。

Hysterectomy Formed during Cesarean section:Ananalysis of 86 cases

Objective: To study the safety and feasibility of hysterectomy in pregnant women with hystermyoma during cesarean section.Method: Retrospective analysis 86 pregnant women with hystermyoma.received hysterectomy in the process of cesarean section in our hospital,which were compared with 80 pregnant women with simple cesarean section.Result: There was no significant difference in hemorrhage of operation ,bleeding volume of bleeding of 24 hours after operation,puerperal infection and days inpatient after operation between hysterectomy group and simple cesarean section group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in time spending on operation between hysterectomy group and simple cesarean section group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Removing hystermyoma when performing cesarean section should be encouraged.
