| 摘 要： | 目的:旨在探讨护生知识管理与临床实习表现的关系。方法:对135位护生进行问卷及临床实习成绩调查及分析。结果:不同年级研究对象知识管理行为与学校导师评分及临床导师评分有统计学差异(P<0.05);知识管理认知与学校导师评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:知识管理是一个有效的工作系统,为解决临床实务问题,提高护理服务质量,必须发挥知识的最大效能。 |
