| 摘 要： | 目的通过清心安神法结合西药治疗主动性心律失常,观察血浆儿茶酚胺（肾上腺素Adr）与主动性心律失常的关系,确定清心安神法对主动性心律失常的治疗作用。方法 96例病人随机分为对照组和清心安神治疗组,对照组采用纯西药,治疗组除西药外加用相应中药清心安神,观察血浆儿茶酚胺治疗前后水平的变化。观察血浆儿茶酚胺水平与主动性心律失常的关系。结果对照组血浆儿茶酚胺水平治疗后较治疗组高,（0.01
