未遂事件上报激励机制在护理安全管理中的应用

目的:探讨上报未遂事件在护理安全管理中的作用。方法:总结2004-2005年上报护理部的资料,确定未遂事件级别,规范未遂事件分类,统一未遂事件上报程序、加分标准;采用卡方检验对2006-2010年上报护理部未遂事件资料进行统计、推断。结果:未遂事件数量大,医疗未遂事件平均占73.7%,护理未遂事件平均占19.5%;对比4年护理未遂事件,总体分布差异有统计学意义。结论:上报、分析未遂事件很有价值,未遂事件上报激励机制是营造护理安全文化的重要保证。
